Hopefully you have already read the first two stories of victory here on my blog. Here is another that I witnessed last Wednesday evening.

About two years ago, Bro. Steve and I approached Dr. Jeff Peterman, a veterinarian and layman at FBC Lyman, about the prospect of beginning a Bible Study in the Magnolia community of Stone County.  This was an area identified through our PROBE as a potential area for new work.  Dr. Peterman (Jeff) knew many of the people in that area since he was the vet for their farm animals.  The Bible Study began in November 2010 at the Westside Community Center and later moved to the Magnolia Fire Station.  The group has averaged 8-15 people each week.  Recently the Bible Study produced its first convert to Jesus Christ and following the Lord's command, last Wednesday evening the group met and held baptism in a watering tank. After the baptism, everyone gathered for some barbeque from the Shed and held a picnic outside in some of the most gorgeous weather God could supply.

God is definitely using these small groups to reach people for Jesus. Is God leading you to begin one?  Is there an area or group of people God has laid on your heart to reach?  The more we begin, the more God will bless!  I believe God is getting ready to pour out His blessing of revival on our association.  We see where He is working, so let's get with Him!
